(The Echo360System) just provides (students) another way to do something. They're going to listen to something anyway, they might as well listen to a lecture."

Integration Modules Ensure Ready Access

The Echo360System is the first lecture capture solution designed specifically to integrate with a university's core administrative systems.

One-stop Scheduling

With its XML-based architecture, the Echo360System integrates easily with university classroom scheduling systems. Staff program it once at the start of the term based on existing course schedules. Every lecture held at that time, in that classroom, is automatically captured and published.

Smooth Server Connections

Once the capture is complete, all files are automatically sent by FTP to the appropriate servers. With no need for staff to modify or manually upload web pages, departments save time and costs.

Seamless CMS Compatibility

Finished presentations can automatically post to online resources such as Blackboard and WebCT using standard course identification numbers. Students see links to podcasts and lectures alongside assignments and study guides.

Monitor From Central Interface

From the Echo360System's central web-based interface, IT or tech staff can log in to schedule, manage, and monitor individual room or campus wide operations, saving time and effort. Updates, reschedules, and ad-hoc captures can be performed on the fly.
